By accessing or using SpyGPT ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms of Service between you and Boulevard Legacy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 4. USER REGISTRATION

4. Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when using a shared computer.

6. UNLIMITED USE

The term "unlimited" when referring to the usage of SpyGPT is limited to a maximum of 1 million tokens per user, per month, regardless of subscription tier. Beyond this limit, Boulevard Legacy LLC reserves the right to refuse service, throttle usage, or charge additional fees at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. FREE TRIAL

We may offer a free trial to new users who visit the Site. The amount of free usage tokens is subject to change at any time without notice. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your account will automatically be charged according to your chosen subscription plan at the end of the trial period.
